English version:

If you love peanuts and peanut butter, I'm sure that you will find these peanut butter cookies simply fabulous.

Ingredients:

200 g flour
180 g peanut butter
1 egg
150 g caster sugar

Knead all ingredients together and you get a dough very similar to crumble. Pick up the mixture with a teaspoon and fill a mold for cookies, press well and misshapen; the result is a compact biscuit like the one you see in the picture. Place your cookies on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 15-20 minutes. Let cool before eat. Alternatively, you can roll the dough into little balls, then push them with a fork on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
To get a even more greedy cookie, you can cover it with chocolate ( and forget your diet :D)
